Privacy at Hechas

Controller and contact

The product is called Hechas. For questions or requests about your data, email hola@hechas.app. The legal identity and address of the controller will be added before launch.

Data Hechas processes

Hechas processes only the data needed to provide the service:

• Email address for account creation, sign-in links, and support.
• Source photos to create the requested set. Hechas deletes its copies within 24 hours.
• Finished images for viewing, saving, sharing, and downloading. They remain available for 9 days unless deleted sooner.
• Account, subscription, and usage data to restore access and apply the monthly limit.
• Technical and cost data for security, diagnosis, failure control, and service cost. Cost records do not contain photos.

Photos on your iPhone

A photo taken inside Hechas stays in temporary app storage and is not added automatically to Photos. A chosen photo is read with your permission. Only an explicit Save action adds a finished image to Photos. The 3:4 and 9:16 crops are created on your iPhone.

Providers

Cloudflare provides network, compute, database, and storage services. RevenueCat helps recognize subscription status, and Apple processes the purchase. An AI provider processes source photos to produce the set.

Before the first upload, Hechas names the active AI company, explains why it receives the photos, and asks for explicit permission. If the company or explanation changes, Hechas asks again.

The final AI provider and its separate retention controls will be identified after technical evaluation.

Your choices

From the app you can:

• Delete a set before its automatic deletion date.
• Sign out and restore a purchase.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data that does not need to be kept by law.
• Manage or cancel the subscription through your App Store account. Deleting the Hechas account does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription by itself.

Security, transfers, and pending periods

Hechas uses encrypted connections, private storage, photo transfers protected by the Hechas session, and protected session credentials. Providers may process data outside your country. Countries, legal bases, safeguards, and retention periods for account and technical data will be completed for each market before launch.
